CLIOHnet2 Plenary Meeting in Vilnius, 18-19 May 2007

Dear CLIOHnet2 Coordinators, Deputies and Friends,
we are happy to say that we will be holding our Spring Plenary meeting in Vilnius, thanks to the kind hospitality of Loreta Skurvydaite.
The meeting will be held at the University of Vilnius on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 May.

This means that arrival will be on 17 May (Thursday) and departure on Sunday 20 May.

Please inform both Loreta Skurvydaite (e-mail: loreta.skurvydaite[at]if.vu.lt) 
and Laura Franciosi (e-mail: l.franciosi[at]adm.unipi.it) that you are coming by the 30th of April.
We will pay for the hotel and meals for one person from each partner University.
We suggest that you make reservations and purchase your tickets
immediately in order to obtain favourable prices.

As usual you (one person per university) will be reimbursed for your travel tickets (apex or low
cost airfare) after the meeting, or, if you prefer, you may ask Pisa to prepay your ticket.

Since -- in addition to our meeting -- we will all
wish to see something of the beautiful and fascinating city of Vilnius,
its monument and the university, please plan to arrive as soon as you can
on Thursday and to leave as late as feasible on Sunday.

More detailed logistic information and the programme will be sent to you
soon. We look forward greatly to being together and continuing the various
initiatives that we developed in Bergen.
